Sources and claims
Health-related factual claims should be traceable to a linked source. We prioritize primary studies and guidance from established health organizations. Participants, methods, comparisons, and findings should make clear what a study actually examined. A study of therapist-led treatment must not be presented as evidence for an app or self-help routine.
Examples and assisted tools
Content is drafted and revised with assisted tools, including generative AI. Source-backed claims are checked against the linked sources; generated text is not evidence in itself. Conversation examples and suggested routines are editorial material, not validated treatment protocols. Tool assistance does not replace clinical review.
Authorship and clinical review
Published by Heal Attachment. The content has not undergone clinical review. If a clinical review is performed, its scope, reviewer, and date should be stated.
Dates, translations, and corrections
Publication dates refer to the relevant language version. Update dates change for substantive content revisions, rather than every technical build. Translated guides should contain the full text and the same limits, rather than translated headings alone. Unsupported claims should be corrected or removed.
